Thanks Connie, Yes, I had the cem. records, but just did not know how to attach them. There are two others there: Dixie Trotter and R. H.Trotter, Jr. All are probably the children of Rufus H. Trotter and Myrtle Bartley. But was trying to get some additional proof. I have gotten the DC for Dixie, copied below and comments on the children: 1935 - Death Cert. #20332, Saluda Co, SC Dixie Trotter Female, White, Single b. Nov 18, 1935, Saluda Co, SC father: Rufus Trotter, Ward, SC mother: Myrtle Bartley, Saluda Co., SC d. Nov. 25, 1935, Saluda #4, Saluda Co, SC cause: Unknown informant: Rufus Trotter, Ward, SC buried: Richland Springs Cem. UT: J. L. Parrish, Batesburg, SC The cem. Records of HC Ouzts list her buried at Good Hope Lutheran Church, Saluda Co, SC???? I wrote to Betty Trotter who is a researcher of this line and she replied: "Richland Springs Baptist Church is in Saluda Co., but there's no listing in the Saluda Co. cemetery book for Dixie Trotter there. According to the cem. bk., there is a marker for her at Good Hope Lutheran Church in Saluda Co., next to R. H. Trotter Jr., [evidentally s/o Rufus]. There are also markers next to her for two other Trotter babies, Mary Anie [30 June 1922 - 26 Aug 1922] and Elmina [13 July 1920-13 July 1920]. All four are probably children of Rufus and Myrtle.
