A native of this city, Mr Hill was a retired railroad engineer, having been employed by the C & WC railroad 49 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian church and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. In addition to his wife and two sisters, he is survived by one brother, WD Hill of West Palm Beach, Fla.
