I am seeking information on the family of James McCRELLESS, MacKRELLIS whose children were born in Charleston and died in Edgefield. They were Lewis, John Sr., and James. Lewis died in a riding accident in the village of Newberry. John and James died in Edgefield. Most of their adult life was spent in the Counties of Edgefield, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland. John's son John Jr. was the Justice of the Quroum of the above named Counties. He may have married a BOND. HIs daughter Hepzibah was namded for Hepzibah BOND.
