I have noticed the name, POOL mentioned on the list, and I ran across something that might perhaps be of interest to someone researching that name. It is from a book called, "Passports of Southeastern Pioneers". Passports were required to travel through the Indian Lands. This one is from GA. Executive Department Tuesday 5th of March 1811 On Application ORDERED That a Passport be prepared for Messrs William POOL Senr with his wife, Wm POOL Junr with his wife three children and nine negroes, and John and Moses MCCLEVEN with their Sister, all from the County of Bulloch in this State to travel through the Creek Nation of Indians. Which was presented and signed #671 J Parker
