That is one of the "problems" with DCs, someone tells the Dr. or agent the information and it generally is a traumatic time and some information is not correct. His mother was Nancy Ann BUTLER and not Carrie. Perhaps the "( )" means "Not sure" or was added later ? DCs are a tremendous help, just have to be careful with the information.
