Visitation will be held at Milton Shealy Funeral Home from 5-6 p.m. today. Services will be held 6 p.m. Monday at Convent Baptist Church, off Highway 178, with Rev. Bill Padgett officiating. Mrs. Buzhardt was born in Leesville, daughter of Lois Whittle Swygert and the late B. A. Swygert. She was a member of Convent Baptist CKurch. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and adopted "mom" to many. Surviving are her mother; loving husband, James Randall "Buzz" Buzhardt; her children with Bo Quattlebaum (deceased as of Jan. 16, 1984): sons, Robert J. "BJ" Quattlebaum, Kristofer J. Quattlebaum, daughter, Tara Q. Wheeler, both of Batesburg; brother, Tommy Swygert, and sisters, Lorerta Riley, both of Leesville, and Dorothy Shannon of Newberry; four grandchildren; predeceased by a brother, Aubrey Swygert. Milton Shealy Funeral Home of Batesburg-Lewville is in charge of all arrangements.
