DILLON — June Martin, 54, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, in the Carolinas Hospital System in Florence. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Friday in Second Baptist Church with burial in Rest Haven Cemetery, directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Born in Dillon County, Jan. 3, 1953, he was the son of the late Watson and Doris Martin. He was a member of Second Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Louise Martin of Dillon; son, James Martin of Monroe, N.C.; daughter, Angel Martin Fore of Fayetteville, N.C.; brother, Gene Martin of Monroe, N.C.; granddaughter, Taylor Marie Martin. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his brothers, Douglas Martin and Charlie Martin.
