NICHOLS — Florence Goodyear, age 74, died Friday, March 09, 2007, at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon. She was the daughter of the late Madison Wayne and Alma Floyd Goodyear. She was a resident of Sunny Acres Nursing Home for many years. Ms. Florence is survived by a brother, Wayne Goodyear of Chester. A nephew, John Goodyear of Columbia and a niece, Julie Hill of Beaufort. A Very close friend and caregiver, Georgia Goodyear of Nichols. Graveside Service will be held Sunday, March 11, 3 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery, Nichols. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Nichols United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 20, Nichols, S.C. 29581. Meares Funeral Home of Mullins has been given the honor of serving the family of Ms. Goodyear.
