Emory H. Herring, 57, died Wednesday, February 28, 2007. Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pyerian Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Born in Dillon County, November 13, 1949, he was the son of Lizzie Rebecca McLeallan Herring and the late Harmon Emory Herring . He was a carpenter. Survivors include his mother, Lizzie Herring of Latta; daughter, Emily (Stephen) Arrington of Dillon; sons, Emory (Christie) Herring, Jr and Andy (Melanie) Herring of Latta; sisters, Hazel Cooper, Sue (Otis) Rich, and Virginia Hardy all of Latta, Joyce (Gene) McInnis of Marion, Sarah (Freeman) Richardson of Johnsonville, and Gail (Bobby) Herring of Elizabeth City, NC; 8 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. <BR><BR><BR>**************************************<BR> AOL now offers free email to everyone.
