HEMINGWAY — Services for Linda Carol Turner Durden will be held 3 p.m. Sunday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Little Bless Church Cemetery. Visitation was held 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in Cooper Funeral Home. Ms. Durden, 32, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, from injuries received in an automobile accident. Born in Dillon County, June 17, 1974, she was the daughter of James Edward Turner and Linda Faye Smith Barfield. She was a member of Trinity Holiness Church of Latta, and was a manager with Tiger Mart in Hemingway. Survivors include her parents, James (Pearl) Turner of Dillon; mother, Linda Smith Barfield of Dillon; sons, James DWayne Durden and Kenneth Ray Turner, both of Hemingway; daughter, Elizabeth Melody Turner of Hemingway; brother, Neil Arnette of Dillon; step-brother, Timothy Chad (Shannon) Stroud of Chadbourn, N.C.
