MULLINS — Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Andrew Rogers are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Judith Allyson Rogers, to John Craig Carmichael III, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Craig Carmichael Jr. of Latta. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Zetha Shelley Gibson and the late Mr. Fulton Robert Gibson of Mullins and the late Mrs. Cornelia Rogers Shelley of Green Sea and the late Mr. Oscar Jackson Rogers of Mullins. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in taxation. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching in Business Education at the University of South Carolina. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. Jesse Adams and the late Mrs. Betty Godbold Adams of McColl and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Craig Carmichael of Dillon. He will graduate in May from the University of South Carolina with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. The wedding is planned for May 19 at the Mullins First Baptist Church
