Buddy Williamson, 37, died Friday, November 3, 2006, at his residence. Funeral services will be held 4:00 P.M. Tuesday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel in Dillon, SC with burial in Page Family Cemetery in White Pond, NC. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Born in Dillon County, May 18, 1969, he was the son of Eddie Williamson and Angela P. Gross. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, and was an electrician with Tri-Cook Electrical. Survviors include his mother, Angela Gross of Calhoun, GA; step-father, Roger Gross of Calhoun, GA; father, Eddie Williamson of Lake View; daughter, Ashley Williamson of Kingsport, TN; half brothers, Roger Caulder and Ryan Gross both of Calhoun, GA; half-sisters, Irene Walters and Dawn Williamson both of Dillon; grandmother, Doris Page of White Pond, NC; great-grandmother, Esther Stone of Rowland, NC; nieces and nephews. Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his sister, Christina White.
