Mildred Frances Frasier (January 21, 1914 - April 11, 2005) DILLON Services for Mildred Frances Frasier will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in Dillon First Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Mildred Frances Frasier went to be with the Lord April 11, 2005. Born January 21, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Rosa Genes and Charles Odell Frasier. Mildred was an active, life-long member of Dillon First Baptist Church where she was the first financial secretary, a job she held for 23 years. In 1952 she was honored as Church Member of the Year. Mildred also served as Church Treasurer, Training Union Director, Sunday School Teacher, circle leader, and sang in the choir for 40 years. Mildred always said that she had wonderful jobs and employers. She was with the Clemson Extension Service for 9 years, the Selective Service System for 6 years, and the Dillon County Delinquent Tax Office for 7 years. She was Administrative Assistant to the Dillon County Board of Commissioners for 20 years. In addition, Mildred was membership chairman of the Dillon County Community Concert Association and a member of the Dillon County Historical Society. Survivors include her sister, Rosa (James)Saleeby; nephews, Jim (Sylvia)Saleeby of Florence and Mike (Misako) Saleeby of Dillon; niece, Brenda Smith (Neil) Woodcock of Raleigh; four great nieces and two great nephews; devoted friend, Rebecca Field Henslee of Dillon. submitted by Helen Lane Wiggins
