LAKE VIEW -Mr. Fern Campbell Jr., 69, husband of Margaret Campbell, died Friday, April 1, 2005, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence after an illness. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 3, at First Baptist Church of Lake View. Burial will be in Lake View Perpetual Cemetery, directed by Cook Funeral Home of Lake View. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home and at other times at the home, 552 Road 30, Lake View. Mr. Campbell was born in Dillon County, the son of the late Fern and Maggie Rogers Campbell. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Campbell of the home; a son; four daughters; two stepdaughters, Linda (Les) Reynolds of Florence and Roberta Garris of Myrtle Beach; two brothers; three sisters; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. submitted by Helen Lane Wiggins
