Sarah Margaret Arnette (October 17, 1939 - February 17, 2005) HAMER Sarah Margaret Arnette, 65, died Thursday, February 17, 2005, in Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Saturday evening in the funeral home. Born in Dillon County, October 17, 1939, she was the daughter of Sophia Jackson Bethea and the late Thad C. Bethea. She was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Lawrence N. Arnette of Hamer; mother, Sophia Jackson Bethea of Hamer; sons, Michael N. Arnette of Hamer and Donald L. Arnette of Latta; grandchildren, Lauren and Farrah Arnette of Latta, Jamie, Cody, and Neil Arnette of Hamer; sisters, Jackie Thompson of Hamer and Joyce Kinlaw of Rowland, NC; brothers, Bennett Bethea of Little Rock and Ronald Bethea of Hamer.
