Mary L. Morris (July 24, 1917 - February 12, 2005) DILLON -MARION-MARLBORO Mary L. Morris, 87, died Saturday, February 12, 2005, in McLeod Medical Center-Dillon. Funeral services will be held 4:00 P.M. Tuesday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Monday evening in the funeral home. Born in Dillon County, July 24, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Jim Morris and Madge Caulder Morris. She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Jan Morris of Dillon; special niece and nephew, Betty & Grady Taylor of Dillon; numerous nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Miss Morris was preceded in death by her brothers, Jessie, Coy, and John C. Morris; and sisters, Ruby McDowell, Magaleen Smith, Alice Morris, and Annie Bell Lane submitted by Helen Lane Wiggins
