LITTLE ROCK — Henrietta C. Branch, 85, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007, in the McLeod Hospice House in Florence. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday in Leland Grove Freewill Baptist Church with burial in Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery, directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Born in Dillon County, Feb. 2, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Sallie Mae Locklear. She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church, and was a homemaker. She was the widow of the late Floyd Branch. Survivors include her sons, Larry Branch of Little Rock, Douglas Branch of Durham, N.C., and Wesley Shirland Branch of Hamer; daughter, Carolyn Berry of Blenheim; sister, Margaret Oxendine of Fayetteville; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Branch was preceded in death by her sons, Jimmy, Julian and Robert Branch. Published in the Morning News on 2/3/2007.
