LITTLE ROCK — Services for Ann Sherton Barfield will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Mt. Elem Baptist Church Cemetery in Clio. Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in Cooper Funeral Home. Mrs. Barfield, 68, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon. Born in Marlboro County, May 30, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Evans Locklear and Flora Clark Locklear. She was a member of Leland Grove Freewill Baptist Church, and was a retired textile worker. Survivors include her husband, Ernest Barfield of Little Rock; daughter, Jeanie Hunt of Dillon; stepdaughter, Betty Joyce Hunt of Dillon; sister, Jennie Beard of Dillon; grandchildren, Stephen Hunt, Christopher Hunt and Jonathan Hunt; step-grandchildren, David, Wayne and Brittany Hunt; six great-grandchildren.
