DILLON — Graveside services for Mattie Lee King will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, 2007, in EvergreenCemetery. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday in Cooper Funeral Home. Mrs. King, 90, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, in McLeod Hospice House in Florence. Born Sept. 13, 1916, in Marion County, she was the daughter of the late William A. Kendall and Martha Huggins Kendall. She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church, and was a retired sales clerk. She was the widow of the late William Harrison King after 65 years of marriage. Survivors include her sons, W. Michael (Christine) King of Lamar and Stephen (Janice) King of Mullins; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; special caregiver, Donna Bethea.
