LATTA,DILLON CO-MARLBORO- COUNTY Services for Gary Carson Roberts Jr. will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14, 2005, in Trinity Holiness Church with burial in Wilbert Cook Jr. Memorial Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the residence, 131 McDowell Court, Latta. Mr. Roberts, 20, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, at his residence. Born in Chesterfield County, Aug. 17, 1984, he was the son of Gary Carson Roberts, Sr. and Linda Jones Ransom. Survivors include his parents, Gary Carson Roberts Sr. and Mency Roberts of Latta; mother, Linda Ransom; sisters, Lisa Welch, Lynn McKnight and Debbie Hyatt, all of Latta, Dawn Ransom and Tonya Ransom, both of Bennettsville, Kristie Weatherford of Marlboro County and Julia Keith of Society Hill; brothers, Bobby Roberts and Scott Roberts, both of Latta, Donnie Roberts of Lake View, Kevin Ransom of McColl, Johnny Wayne Weatherford of Marlboro County and Michael King; stepsister, Annie Rogers; and stepbrother, Harvey Rogers. submitted by Helen Lane Wiggins
