William G. Isgett Called by Death William Gurney Isgett, 67, of South Claremont avenue, passed away last night at 7:55 o'clock at a local hospital. He had been ill for the past week and his condition had been critical for two days. He was born at Darlington, S. C., January 9, 1868, and came to this city from Florence, S. C., fifteen years ago. He was connected with R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company for a few years and for the past ten years was engaged in the grocery business. He was a member of Waughtown Presbyterian Church and the Men's Bible Class of the church. He was also a member of the Southside Council Jr. O. U. A. M. Surviving are the widow, who was Miss Stella Wiggins prior to marriage; four sons, William H. Isgett, of Clemmons, Route 1; Robert C. , Charles R. and Jesse S. Isgett, of this city; one daughter, Mrs. Mabelle Smith, of this city; one sister, Mrs. Lizzie Blackmon, of this city, and fifteen grandchildren. No arrangements have been made for the funeral.
