    2. DILLON — Services for James Robert Graham Lockamy will be held 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, 2006, at Dillon Church of God with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Cooper Funeral Home. Mr. Lockamy, 86, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2006, in McLeod Medical Center in Dillon. Born in Red Springs, N.C., June 28, 1920, he was the son of the late Rufus Lyon Lockamy and Rosa Hayes Lockamy. He became a member of Dillon Church of God after receiving Christ as Savior at 17 years of age. He served on Church of Gods State Laymans Board (1976-1982), Layman of the Year (1980), Father of the Year (1979), was a Sunday School Teacher (Mens Bible Class), Councilmen, was on the Building Committee, and he also played the guitar. Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Etta Martha Cutchin Lockamy of Dillon; children, James R. (Vivian) Lockamy of Dillon, Martha Rose Bridges of Dillon, Jackie L. (Wanda) Lockamy Sr. of Little Rock, and Richard L. (Carolyn) Lockamy of Little Rock; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Published in the Morning News on 10/26/2006.
