Born in Marion County, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Lois G. Proctor. Mr. Proctor was an active member of Hopewell United Methodist Church in Fork, serving as Sunday School Secretary. He was a member of Clemson IPTAY Scholarship Fund for 32 continuous years; also, an avid supporter of the Lake View Gastors. Mr. Proctor is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Proctor; two sons, Aaron Proctor and his wife Terri of Dillon and Greg Proctor and his wife Rene from Hemingway. One sister, Linda Ann Proctor from Little River. Four grandchildren, Matthew, Stephen, Mallory and Kristopher Proctor. He was born in Mullins, a son of Audrey Foxworth Blanton and the late Lyde Daniel Blanton Sr. He graduated from Kingstree High School and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He also served in the National Guard. He was a retired funeral director and former owner of Blanton Funeral Home in Dillon. After his retirement, he was a salesman with Security Link, where he was awarded Top Salesman for the state of South Carolina on many occasions. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Florence. He was a former member and past president of the South Carolina Funeral Directors Association. He was also a member of the Florence Shag Club. A son of Miriam Sue Hayes Price and the late Franklin H. Price. He was a Navy Veteran, member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, vice president of Pee Dee Shag Club of Dillon, and he was a farmer. Surviving is mother, Miriam Sue Price of Dillon; daughter, Maylyn Elizabeth Price of Charleston; brothers, Franklin Carlyle Price of Dillon and Kenneth Joe Price of Clio; sister, Linda Jane Horne of Dillon and fiance, Linda Kate Turner of Dillon. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. today, Jan. 23, at Dillon Church of God directed by Kannaday Funeral Home of Dillon with burial in Price Cemetery at Moccasin Bluff.     3. Stephen Perry McDaniel (June 19, 1962 - January 21, 2005) LATTA Services for Stephen Perry McDaniel will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Kentyre Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 P.M. Saturday in the funeral home. Mr. McDaniel, 42, died Friday, January 21, 2005 in McLeod Regional Medical Center. Born in Dillon County, June 19, 1962, he was the son of Billie Ann Wilkerson McDaniel and the late Perry McDaniel. He was employed with Professional Pharmacy Service, and was a former Dillon County Deputy, was a Mason and a member of Acacia Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Donna C. McDaniel of Latta; daughters, Stephanie McDaniel Allen of Four Oaks, NC, Haley McDaniel and Emily McDaniel, both of Latta; sons, Matthew McDaniel, Nicholas McDaniel and Reid Bullock, all of Latta; mother, Billie Ann McDaniel of Dillon; brothers, Craig McDaniel of Dillon and Alan McDaniel submitted by Helen Lane Wiggins
