Robertson, Robinson, but not Robiston OBITUARIES Tuesday, July 13, 1999 WALTER ROBISTON WALTERBORO S.C.- Walter Robiston, 85, a retired farmer and carpenter, died Monday in a local nursing home. The funeral, directed by Fred Parker Funeral Home, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Jordan Cemetery in Cottageville. Mr. Robiston was born in Round O, a son of John Robiston and Josephine Craven Robiston. He was a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church. He was the widower of Jennie Lee Hoff Robiston. Surviving are four sons, Raymond Robiston of Oregon, Robert Robiston of Florence, Walter Robiston Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla., and Harold Hoff of Cottageville; two daughters, Thelma Robiston of Walterboro and Doris Hall of Summerville; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
