Hello, I'm searching for information about Loyalist THOMAS HARPER, who applied for a land grant in 1783, then subsequently moved to Sunbury Co, New Brunswick, where he received a land grant in 1784, his age at that time being 85 years, thus born about 1700. I believe he also had at least one son (grandson?), WILLIAM HARPER, born in 1759, Willtown, SC (as per his tombstone) who also was a Loyalist and settled in Prince William Co, New Brunswick.
