Julia seems to have died without husband, without children, and without a will. Her estate would therefore have gone to her brothers and sisters, but you say she had none. Next in line would be her parents, but they were both dead. After that comes the aunts and uncles. Thomas M. Appleby and R. Hiram Appleby would therefore be Julia's paternal uncles or sons thereof. Peter Stokes and William Stokes would be her maternal uncles or sons thereof. Ann C. Ott would probably be Julia's paternal aunt (Ann C. Appleby married Lewis Marion Ott in 1855). I don't know who Sarah Byrd and Eliza Tucker are, but they should fit in in a similar manner.
