Hello all, I just signed up last night. My name is Jack Gray and I was born in Orangeburg. I do have direct kinship that were from the Walterboro area such as the Craven's, Colson's, and last year I found out about a branch of the Gray's, the Syfrett's. I don't have much on the Craven line, so I need to work more on that. Lately I have been looking for burial places of the Fralix's. Most have said they are buried in a Zion Cemetery in the Walterboro area, but that came up false, unless there is another Zion, (besides AME). Names include Mack Fralix (Robert Mack), Elizabeth Kinard Fralix. Joseph Aqulia Fralix, T.J. Fralix (Mack's father) was killed at Petersburg, but he may be buried there. T.J.'s wife's name was Mary, but I don't know her last name. Joseph Aquila is the one I've been trying to find anything on. I know his son Lewis and Joseph died when he was just 3 years old. he has nothing on his Dad and been searching for awhile. It hurts Lewis by not doing the "computer thing", as he calls it. So I thought I would help him. I have a few things now, but no burial place. It does list a Zion as a place of burial on his death certificate. Well, let you all go for now. Thanks to Pat Sabin for telling me about this board. Sincerely, Jack Gray, Fayetteville, N.C. http://jacksphoto.homestead.com/
