His name is Herren Walters b 1784 SC and married Ann Blackledge b 1789 SC. They were married in Colleton District, SC in the year 1809. Your Asa is said to be brother to my Herren. I also have not found proof of this, but am stilling chugging away on it. I do have some into. on Asa Walters. I have a copy of his will where he names his children. I found a family sheet that someone submitted that has Asa Walters' wife as Martha "Mima" Trent. I have not verified this as true, but I would be happy to email you what I have on this line.
