Even amazon.com cannot find a used copy for me... Does anyone have a copy stuck away that they no longer want/need?? Thanks for taking the time to read this!!

This book is out of print. However, if you would contact Mr. Tom Smith of The Reprint Co., Spartanburg, SC, he is considering reprinting this book.
