He went to Colleton High school. We are establishing a Memorial to all those killed while serving on Swift boats. We are posting it on our website www.swiftboats.org) and also inside a Swift boat on display in San Diego, CA. I wrote the school to research the year books as we guess he would have graduated around 1953, but have gotten no response. Frank's brother lives in Walterboro but seems unwilling to help us so I am asking you for help or guidance. Can you give any advice? Thanks.
