Hi, Anyone who goes to a cemetery and personally records the information from the tombstones can post the information on their website or can contribute it to a genealogy web page to be posted. In fact, one of the Old St. Bartholomew members sent me the listing of a Dorchester Co cemetery that a hunter found while hunting. The complete listing copied from a copyrighted book is a violation of copyright law.
