Born in Richmond County, N.C., Mrs. Gleich was a daughter of the late Theodore Roosevelt and Geneva Brown Odom. She was a homemaker and member of Middendorf Church of God. Born in Anderson County, N.C., Mrs. Leak was a daughter of the late Ernest and Mary Moore. She attended Chesterfield County elementary schools. She pursued her educational goals by attending the Adult Education Program of Chesterfield County and held a staff position with the Chesterfield County Council on Aging. She was a member of New Zion Baptist Church for over 75 years and over the years served as a Sunday School Teacher, Church Treasurer and Choir Leader. She was a member of St. Paul's Missionary Union and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are two sister, Odessa Thompson and Alberta Johnson; sons, Lee Virn Leak and James Earnest Leak; daughters-in-law, Eleanor M. Leak, Rosa Bell Leak and Tommie Leak; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
