Rasco H W M - 30 70 m 40 SC SC SC Farmer Isabella Rasco W W F 11 47 52 m 40 6 3 SC SC SC Laura Rasco D W F - 73 27 s SC SC SC According to Isabella Roscoe's death Certificate # 6308, she was born November 18, 1844 in Cole Hill Township of Chesterfield County. At the time of her death she was a widow. Her husband had apparently died before her. Her father is not listed on her death certificate but her mother was given as a Cross. She was buried in the Bethesda Cemetery. Informant was J. S. Campbell. Thomas H. Roscoe, the son of Riley Roscoe, death certificate states that his father was Riley Roscoe and his mother was Julia Cross. Thomas H. Roscoe married Annie Roscoe the daughter of Oliver Roscoe. The 1880 census list them as cousins. Since these death certificate comfirm that Isabella's mother was a Cross and her brother's mother was Julia Cross, and it appears that Isabella ( the daughter) always lived in William Riley Roscoe household, Is Isabella (the daughter) and Isabella (the 2nd wife and mother of William Riley Roscoe's younger children) one and the same persons????????? James R. Rasco
