    1. [SCCHESTERFIELD] Chesterfield County Weather - January 2, 2002
    2. Hello and Happy New Year to All- Hope that you have been able to use some of the information provided through the recent obituaries I have posted. Unfortunately, I will probably not be able to list any for this week until sometime next week. It started snowing here in Chesterfield County today sometime between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. We probably have anywhere from two to three inches now and from the looks of the forecast I seriously doubt that we will receive our "snail mail" tomorrow. When we got close to a foot of snow in February of 2000 we didn't receive our mail for over a week and then we had to go and pick it up from the post office. I just hope that we don't loose our power like we did then. Anyway, just to let you all know that things will be slowing down here in "good ole" Chesterfield County whether we need them to get any slower or not! Sharon

    3. Sharon, thanks for posting the obits. I'm sure others far away with roots in Chesterfield appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to post the areas obits. Thank you. There have been times when I've had fantasies of being snowed in with plenty of food, good books, nice warmth of a good fire and the luxury of slow down time to enjoy. Probably the harsh reality is nothing quite that romantic! donna in TX ----- Original Message ----- From: <SCorey7289@aol.com> To: <SCCHESTERFIELD-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, January 02, 2002 8:59 PM Subject: [SCCHESTERFIELD] Chesterfield County Weather - January 2, 2002 > Hello and Happy New Year to All- > > Hope that you have been able to use some of the information provided through > the recent obituaries I have posted. 3. Donna, I have the same fantasies. Unfortunately, I live in Daytona Beach. It would be a great way to catch up on some much needed "search time".
