My William was born about 1799 in Anson NC and died in Barbour Co. AL, married first Isabella McRae. Haven't connected him directly to Pitt county but it seems the Pitt Co Teals and Anson Co Teals at least knew each other. Benjamin born 1822 married Eliza Davis, about 1840. David Richard born 1844, one of their 7 sons is my grandfather. David Richard married Nancy Davis first, then Loucinda Caulder (my grandmother). Thanks for the invite to John's book. I have seen it before but didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted to there. In fact I was wondering if it was for sale. Thanks again. donna ----- Original Message ----- From: <kdutton@carolina.rr.com> To: <SCCHESTERFIELD-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, February 10, 2002 7:27 PM Subject: [SCCHESTERFIELD] Re: Teal/Teel Family > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/mcB.2ACE/73.79.1.1.1 > > Message Board Post: > > We may well be connected, but pretty far back, as mine were in Pitt County as well.
