Census. His wife was Martha and children Benjamin, Thomas and Hugh. In the 1860 Census James had married Ann Moss, widow, and his children above and her children, Margaret, Stephen Decatur, Francis S, D, and John Moss were in the house. In 1850 Census next door to James Rollins was Reuben Moss age 60, Delila 55, Eliza 23, Thomas 21 and Elinor 5. I assume Reuben might be father of James. Have not found them in 1870 and would like to know where they were. When and where did Ann Moss Rollins die? Would like to follow the Moss children Francis S, D. and John and also would like to know who their father was. I know that Stephen Decatur Moss moved to Union Co NC, and then to Union Co. AR and that he had 12 children and was married to Martha Jane Dees of Chesterfield Co SC.
