Does anyone have records on the Carruthers family in Chester County? I am looking for information about Samuel Madison Carrothers, who migrated from York District, SC, to Madison County, TN, between 1820 and 1830. His father was James Carothers, who died in York County in 1836. Any help will be appreciated.
