RATCHFORD, also 999 yards of LINDSEY and JANE , wanted. -- OBITUARY Died- In Yorkville, on the 7th inst., after a short illness, MR. BENJAMIN FRANKLIN WITHERS, a native of the district, aged 30 years, 5 months and 11 days. The deceased has left a young and devoted wife , with many other relations to mourn his untimely end....Let us sympathize with the afflicted 'tis all we can offer but ' there is balm in Gilead' . His remains were escorted to their last resting place, by Philanthropic Lodge, No. 78, Ancient Free Masons, of which he was an effective member, and there he rests by the side of two little cherubs who preceded him, where he will remain in their cold embrace until the Resurrection morn shall call us all, to that reckoning we must surely make. The lot contains 23 acres, half is timber. Balance is in a high state of cultivation and has lots of fruit trees of various kinds.
