We visited both of the Beaver Dam Cemetery's. The stones in the old cemetery are mostly illegible. I did find the graves of Francis Land, Jr. and his wife Eliz. Hartselle in the new Beaver Dam Church cemetery. They were next to the Castles. My MtDNA has lead me to the Liles/Lyles as one of my Native American links and not the Lands (at least as far as DNA can tell). I am still looking for the ancestry of Francis Land Sr's wife Elizabeth Littleton. Also, the Elldridge/Ellege name runs in my family too. My 4th ggm Dorcas Land-Liles b. 1782 named one of her son's Elldridge and another Mayberry. I have no clue where the Mayberry came from!
