Let me know if you're interested in more info. I have found them on microfilmed records from SC and GA. I don't recall first names. If you really want to find out about ancestral lines, reading microfilms is a huge leap forward. Most of these are accessible at any local LDS church. See familysearch.org for a list of locations of their Family History Centers and lists of available microfilms. As I come across Trussells in my research, I will post info to the Trussell message board. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. The Trussell's farm was adjacent to John and Agnes Cockrell Liles on the Sandy River near current day Trussell Rd which is just west of the Chester Co. community of Cornwell. John and Agnes' daughter, Mourning Liles married Daniel Trussell and another daughter Elizabeth Liles married James Trussell. James and Elizabeth Liles Trussell also named their daughter Mourning and had a son named James Madison Trussell. John and Agnes Cockrell Liles' daughters, Mourning Liles Trussell and Elizabeth Liles Trussell had a brother, Samuel Liles who left Chester Co. in about 1815 with his son William and wife Betsy for Maury Co. Tn. I descend from his line. Other siblings were brothers James Liles and Zapaniah Liles. James left Chester Co for Georgia in the early 1800's and Zapaniah moved along with the Trussells, first to, Alabama and then to Louisiana along with others from their area of Chester Co. -----Original Message----- From: scchest2-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:scchest2-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of gc-gateway@rootsweb.com Sent: Thursday, November 13, 2008 9:00 AM To: SCCHEST2-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [SCCHEST2] Group effort to construct a documented Trussell ofChester District family tree This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list.
