The lady working there was very polite, so I have no problem with that. I also was polite. When I couldn't find what I needed and it was time to leave (I had the publication and page numbers) I tried to leave an order with that office for copies of three pages. The lady would not accept it because they "didn't have time." At one point I was directed to an office across the hall. The people in that office said "We didn't have those records and have no idea why you were directed there." Then, one of the women said to the other, "They don't do their job over there." It was a total waste of a vacation day from work, I'm very sorry to say. And, I still need those pages. Maybe Fridays aren't a good day to go there.
