They may have been from Pacolet or near there. Maggie was married to Orin Gool/Gould Berry,a guess at this point is,in the 1920s. She died from Measles?,as did her baby son,her two daughters,Clara Bell Berry and Beatrice Berry survived. The daughters were in an orphanage in Spartanburg,SC.until Orin Gool Berry remarried Nettie Lamb.Gool and Nettie eventually settled in Greenville,SC.
