Wofford and Katie Wofford: Parents of William S. and Katie Wofford: Isaac Francis Wofford, b. 8 Nov 1844, d.? and Jane Peeler, b. 31 Dec 1830, d. 8 Nov 1887. Isaac Francis Wofford's military record: Private in Company B, 1st SC Artillery, Army of Northern Viriginia, CSA. Parents of Isaac Francis Wofford: William H. Wofford, b. 24 Dec 1806, d. 11 Jun 1885 and Matilda West, b. 11 Feb 1817, d. 3 Aug 1873. Parents of William H. Wofford: Isaac Wofford (no dates) and ? Parents of Isaac Wofford: John Wofford (no dates) and ? John Wofford was brother to Joseph Wofford whose son Benjamin Wofford founded Wofford College. This is all I have.
