Another place to look for these records is at Furman University at Greenville, South Carolina. A couple of years ago my wife and I were looking for information on some of her folks who attended El Bethel Baptist Church South of Gaffney and who are buried in the cemetery there. We went to Furman and found a great deal of information. The people there are very cooperative and went out of their way to help us. Its worth a try if you are in the area. Gerald Clark
