They are David Scoggin and his wife Prussia Howell Scoggin and John M. Caldwell and his wife Permelia Howell Caldwell. Another nice lady found the father and mother of these two girls buried in Skull Shoals for me. I have ordered a cemetery book from the Historical Society on Dec. the 24th. and send them a check for $8.00. However I have not received the book.
