Thanks to Terry and Liz for your good wishes. It looks like Irene is headed straight for us, but it's only a category 1. Thank heaven! I live in a Category 2 evacuation zone. We had a scare last year with George, had to evacuate to a shelter, but it turned out to be nothing. We're expecting lots of rain, so I'm off now to fill sandbags with garden soil! My poor garden spot! Good thing I haven't planted it yet. Well, must go get "storm ready" - going to the store and stock up on chips and ice cream!! Keep those prayers coming!
