Wendy, My ancestor is Gov. James Moore who married Margaret Berringer. They indeed did have a son named Joseph Moore (1699-1753) who married Ann Hodges. They had a daughter that I know of named Anne Moore (1724-1785). I am afraid that is all I know. I am related to Joseph's brother Roger Moore, so we are distant cousins. Let me know is I can help.
