Hi Elizabeth, I think Edward covered most of the houses (Nathaniel Russell my favorite)...for something different the Aiken-Rhett House next to the Charleston Museum is not restored, but still has many original decorations/wallpaper etc. For your teenage boys, they may be more interested in Patriots Point, home to the Essex class aircraft carrier YORKTOWN (whose aircraft sank the Yamato, the largest battleship ever built at 72,000 tons), a submarine, destroyer and Coast Guard cutter.
