I believe that this is the route that my Blackmon ancestors took - Any Blackmons out there? I cannot connect my earliest ancestor - Thomas Blackmon - the other Blackmons that came Barbados, Charleston and Mass or Conn. But the same family names are used so I'm sure there's a connection: Benjamin, Thomas, Levi, David, on and on.
