Does the map show the BOUNDARY between the parish of St. James Goose Creek and the parish of St. Philips/St. Michaels (in City of Charleston) ?? I have copy of a deed (from the 1840's) - saying property located in Parish of St. James Goose Creek. No marker (creek, river, etc.) to find them on modern map. However, I have wondered exactly how FAR OUT the Charleston Peninsula they might be located. Perhaps in area once called "Charleston Neck" - locale of one ancestor's 1840 census records (Isaac Droze). Re your book on St. Thomas/St. Denis. Does your book include MORE information in addition to the basic record of weddings, baptisms, etc. (which I have checked in my local library's genealogical department). The small book that I saw listed baptism of Isaac Droes and Daniel Droes - in the 1720's. I would be interested if your book has any further mention of the name Droes - or Droze. THANKS Mary Alice Droze Erwin --part1_32.34de475.261e11f2_boundary--
